How do I deactivate my account?

If you wish to deactivate your account, you can do so by logging in to your account, and follow the steps below:

1. Click on ‘Settings’ in the menu list on the left side right underneath your profile picture/icon.
2. Scroll all the way down and you will see
3. ‘Deactivate Profile’. Click and follow instructions.

Please note, that deactivating your profile doesn’t mean permanent deletion of your account. Logging in to your profile will result in re-activation of your profile. This doesn’t switch off auto renewal of your premium (paid) membership!
